Put the details for your next group run into one message. Create a brief you can review, copy and share through your club’s usual channel.
Build a session briefWrite the date, start time and time zone; the exact meeting point; route distance and surface; intended pace groups; regrouping and shorter options; an organiser contact; and the weather or cancellation plan. Check these details with the people responsible for the session before sharing.
Explain what happens when someone slows down, who leads the group and whether walking is welcome. Include arrival instructions and a recognisable meeting point. Avoid making new members guess the meaning of a pace label or find the organiser in a long chat history.
A brief can contain personal contact details and precise meeting locations. Share it through the intended club channel after review. The builder does not invite participants, publish events, verify a route or send messages. It produces text that you choose how to use.
Repeated sessions may also need attendance, organiser roles, membership and route management. Runwiv Club OS previews those workflows alongside live sessions and browser spectators. Join the free launch waitlist for availability updates; club subscriptions are not on sale yet.
The builder does not send or save your entries to Runwiv. They remain in the current browser page. Copy or download the brief if you want to keep it. Your browser may restore form entries.
